Alpine Tours and Travels (ATT) is a family-owned tourism company registered with the Department of Tourism (DoT) of the Kingdom of Bhutan and Trade License issued by the Ministry of Industry,Commerce and Employment (MoICE), Royal Government of Bhutan (RGoB).

The inspiration to start this business came from the national tourism policy of “High Value and Low Volume” implemented by the Royal Government of Bhutan (RGoB) as envisioned by the 4th King of Bhutan vis-à-vis developmental philosophy of “Gross National Happiness”.

ATT is based in Thimphu, the capital city of Bhutan. It is about one hour drive from Paro International Airport and approximately 67 miles from the upcoming Gelephu Mindfulness City (GMC), the “people’s project” of His Majesty the 5th King of Bhutan.
