Terms & Conditions
- Tours booked through ATT are governed under Bhutanese law.
- Personal information shared with ATT is handled securely in compliance with data protection regulations.
- International airfare is not included in our tour packages and will be quoted separately.
- Prices are valid until the expiry date mentioned in your quotation.
- Booking confirmation requires submission of the Tour Booking Form and deposit payment.
- Deposit payments do not automatically confirm a booking; confirmation is provided via a detailed itinerary and invoice.
- ATT reserves the right to suggest alternative arrangements or provide a new quote if original plans cannot be confirmed.
- Any amendments to bookings may incur additional fees from suppliers or hotels, excluding non-refundable international airfare charges.
- Reducing group size may result in a higher per-person price.
- Cancellation Policy:
- More than 90 days before arrival: 100 % of deposit refundable.
- 60–90 days: 50% of deposit refundable.
- 30–60 days: 70% of total tour price chargeable.
- Less than 30 days: Total tour price. non-refundable
- Guests are responsible for ensuring possession of valid travel documents, including passport, visa, work permits, and health certificates.
- Certain services may be unavailable during local holidays, national events, or religious observances; ATT is not liable for such closures.
- ATT is not responsible for injury, illness, damage, loss, accident, or delay due to terrorism, natural disasters, labor strikes, theft, or other factors beyond its control.
- Once tours have commenced, no refunds will be provided for unused services. Additional costs incurred due to changes in travel arrangements must be paid immediately.
- ATT reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather, local conditions, or for the benefit of the guests.
- In the event of cancellations due to uncontrollable factors (weather, strikes, political unrest, etc.), guests are responsible for any costs incurred.
