Terms & Conditions

  1. Tours booked through ATT are governed under Bhutanese law.
  2. Personal information shared with ATT is handled securely in compliance with data protection regulations.
  3. International airfare is not included in our tour packages and will be quoted separately.
  4. Prices are valid until the expiry date mentioned in your quotation.
  5. Booking confirmation requires submission of the Tour Booking Form and deposit payment.
  6. Deposit payments do not automatically confirm a booking; confirmation is provided via a detailed itinerary and invoice.
  7. ATT reserves the right to suggest alternative arrangements or provide a new quote if original plans cannot be confirmed.
  8. Any amendments to bookings may incur additional fees from suppliers or hotels, excluding non-refundable international airfare charges.
  9. Reducing group size may result in a higher per-person price.
  10. Cancellation Policy:
  • More than 90 days before arrival: 100 % of deposit refundable.
  • 60–90 days: 50% of deposit refundable.
  • 30–60 days: 70% of total tour price chargeable.
  • Less than 30 days: Total tour price. non-refundable
  1. Guests are responsible for ensuring possession of valid travel documents, including passport, visa, work permits, and health certificates.
  2. Certain services may be unavailable during local holidays, national events, or religious observances; ATT is not liable for such closures.
  3. ATT is not responsible for injury, illness, damage, loss, accident, or delay due to terrorism, natural disasters, labor strikes, theft, or other factors beyond its control.
  4. Once tours have commenced, no refunds will be provided for unused services. Additional costs incurred due to changes in travel arrangements must be paid immediately.
  5. ATT reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather, local conditions, or for the benefit of the guests.
  6. In the event of cancellations due to uncontrollable factors (weather, strikes, political unrest, etc.), guests are responsible for any costs incurred.
